We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will work closely with marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations in Southeast Asia
  • Develop opportunities and relations with end users/customers in Southeast Asia
  • Develop relationships with key partners for the growth of our products within their markets
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the IT sector (hardware or software)
  • Experience in customer and partner search in the region
  • Understanding of corporate sales principles
  • English is required, the second language of Southeast Asia will be as an advantage
