Senior User Acquisition Manager (Mobile, LATAM Focus)

We are currently seeking a creative and ambitious Senior User Acquisition Manager (Mobile) to help us expand into new international markets, with a focus on Latin America.

What You Will Do:

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns across mainstream channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC).
• Work with unconventional and exotic promotion channels.
• Inspire the team with creative ideas, experiment with new formats, and find unique ways to attract users.
• Manage the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, achieve ambitious KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS), and constantly look for ways to improve.
• Prepare media strategies that will inspire clients and deliver outstanding results.
• Collaborate with our experts from different teams (analytics, development) to implement the most daring projects.
• Always stay one step ahead: monitor trends, seek growth points, and explore scaling opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are a mobile marketing guru with experience in both standard and unique promotion channels.
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase) is in your blood.
• You have experience with Unity, Mintegral, Applovin, and others.
• Excel and Google Sheets are your best friends, especially when it comes to big data.
• You can influence deep metrics and work with CPA offers.
• You can easily find growth points for your mobile product using both paid and organic strategies.
• You deeply understand App/Android Stores algorithms and ASO.
• You understand how reviews work to promote a mobile product and will be able to organize their production.
• You could identify growth opportunities in organic activities.
• You are fluent in English (C1) and can comfortably hold a conversation in Spanish.
• You have a passion for finding new, unconventional solutions and are ready to work with the most advanced promotion channels.
• You are excited about the idea of running experiments and testing bold hypotheses.
