The company’s current portfolio includes events dedicated to oil & gas (PRC Europe, AUTOMA, LNGCON & more) as well as healthcare & pharmaceuticals (AUTOMA Health, PHARMAP).
Among our key clients are Shell, Gazprom, Novatek, Rosneft, ABB, Eni, OMV, SAUDI ARAMCO, BP, Total, and many others.
Due to the launch of new company projects, we are opening a vacancy of a Sales Manager with strong English and Russian communication skills. Here in BGS Group we depart from the traditional understanding of “sales” and everyone in our team can successfully lead negotiations in English with C-level representatives of key international companies.
We are ready to consider candidates without work experience.
CONDITIONS:
Supportive management + friendly & result-oriented team;
Everyday English practice;
Regular wage with high commission: base salary 75 000 + % of sales. Approximate salary is 90 000 - 120 000 RUB. The best managers get more than 150 000 RUB;
Official employment;
Opportunity to get promoted up to the head of sales team in 6 months (transparent system of career development);
Sales training at the European level;
Work hours: Mon – Fri 9.00 – 18.00 or 10:00 – 19:00;
Office in the city centre;
Monthly and trimonthly bonuses such as business trips abroad (UAE, Japan, etc.) or gadgets (iPad, iPhone, etc.);
Annual reward for fulfilment of sales plans with the bonuses (up to 100 000 RUB);
Opportunity to meet & interact with market leaders at the events.

DUTIES:
Daily phone negotiations with industry leaders (Shell, Gazprom, Novatek, Rosneft, ABB, etc.);
Database preparation;
Telephone negotiations in English (“cold calls”);
Client management before, during and after the event.
