We are looking for HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT MENSWEAR, HEAD OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT MENSWEAR
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of the Department’s activities aimed at development of commercially sound, rationally structured, cohesive and balanced collections:
- Input into the development of the overall concept and working closely with the Design Director: collection structure for season, development of the themes, colour palettes and capsule collections; translating this into the Assortment Plan together with the Commercial Director;
- Responsible for achieving critical path of Product Development Calendars;
- Coordination of production and collection testing (Own Production) Organization and coordination of orders to External Production;
- Sourcing of suppliers and order placement to suppliers globally;
- Control and monitoring of order execution and deliveries of the product to the warehouse;
- Information support of the logistics process;
- Responsible for delivering the commercial parameters set for the Department – sales, intake margin, final margin;
- Analysis of TVOE collection performance, amendments of collection with regard to performance indicators;
- Responsible for knowing the TVOE customer and the Russian value fashion marketplace. Continuous benchmarking of key competitors to ensure that TVOE offers the best value in the market;
- Participation in development of TVOE pricing policy;
- Weekly responsibility, together with Merchandise Planning, for sales analysis and markdown proposal;
- Coordination of interactions with own production units;
- Development of Department’s budgets and budgets for seasonal procurement split by categories control over implementation of the budget by the Product Team;
- Interactions with all suppliers/production units. Timely delivering to suppliers/production units information about new processes, future seasonal collection, as well as timely setting of the tasks and subsequent control over their implementation;
- Processing of analytical data. Regular monitoring of analytical data on overall commercial success of the collection for subsequent improvements of collections’ structure;
- Together with HR, responsible for the recruitment and development of the Department team and for dealing with problem situations;
- Responsible for allocation of tasks to Department team and balancing workload in order to deliver all tasks in line with PD calendars;
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, design, production technology, management, marketing;
- High level of product knowledge: design, production, pricing;
- Developed negotiation skills;
- Experience in fashion companies in a similar position/management experience from 5 years!
- Experience working with women's clothing;
- Experience in establishing business relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, factories;
- A good level of English is required;
- Skills of an experienced manager, capable of completing tasks in a timely manner and multitasking;
- Advanced PC user, high level of Excel knowledge (functions/formulas/pivot tables);
- Advanced computing and analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate your views on trends and commercial expectations;
