Responsibilities:

Analysis of competitive partner offers in the regions.
Development (revision) of partnership offers together with the Product Manager.
Searching for and attracting new partners who have high-quality traffic for our offers (arbitrators and arbitration teams, networks, agencies, etc.) Building long-term relationships with these partners.
Conducting business negotiations with affiliates.
Resolving conflict situations and establishing partner support processes.
Maintaining reporting, including financial reporting for partners.
Systematic monitoring of traffic indicators, stimulating its growth.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a lead in an affiliate marketing team.
Able to independently search for partners.
Worked with the Revenue Share model.
Understanding of basic affiliate marketing metrics such as CR, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPO, ROI and others.
Confident PC user (MS Office).
Ability to multitask,
Knowledge of English: Level not lower than advanced (C1), confident knowledge of business English.
Knowledge of Arabic or Turkish at an intermediate level.
