There is an international open position in the Fintech Company, their offices located in India, Malaysia, and Vietnam, the total number of employees is nearly 100-120 people.
We are looking for an HR specialist who will be in charge of human processes in the local teams: hiring, onboarding and offboarding. Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Main Duties:
Full ownership of onboarding and adaptation processes of new employees
Full ownership of Employee’s official employment and legalisation
Offboarding and exit interviews
Active participation in recruitment processes
Work with a team’s healthy environment
Employee's performance reviews
Promoting the Company’s HR brand
Requirements
Location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (relocation readiness)
At least 3 years experience as HR BP/Generalist/Manager in an international Fintech company
Experience of working with teams in Asia
3 years experience of working with documents
Fluent spoken and written English (C1)
Understanding the main issues in HR field
Excellent communication and planning skills
Being a Team player
Possibility for using Google and network in every unclear situation =)
Will be a plus:
university degree in HR or Psychology
experience of working in embassy/consulate or travel expert
