We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, identifying risks, and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Participate in the development and negotiation of the business plan of the project, identifying risks.
Monitoring and control of the implementation of project plan, finding solutions to problems during delivery of project
Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions and systems
Monitor and measure the performance of implemented solutions and initiatives, and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for improvement
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and incorporate them into the analysis and recommendation process

Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data from multiple sources
Chinese Language C1 level is a Must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, or Power BI
