About Us
We’re crafting a B2B product that helps companies connect with the right influencers to promote their brands. Our platform spans popular social media networks like Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and Twitch—and we’re always looking to add more.

We’re also working on a B2C product designed to help content creators and influencers understand their analytics, navigate the world of advertisers and brands, and improve their content. Even though this product is still being developed, it’s already making waves in the market and building a loyal following.

Job Overview

As a customer support manager, you will help our customer with solving day-to-day issues, support in technical, administrative and product concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Support users by e-mail and chat.
  • Work in close collaboration with devs, sales and customer success teams.
  • Participate in handling the knowledge base (creating and localization).
  • Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.
  • Your work will start at 13:00 Moscow time and end at 21:00.

  • Language requirements: fluent English and written comprehension in Spanish
  • Customer support related experience.
  • Desire to move up and grow with the company.
  • Analytical skills and strong desire to evolve in IT.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Intelligence and the ability to learn quickly.
