We're building products that help amateur and professional athletes to push their limits and go beyond. We're a team of professionals that make new instruments to track, analyze, and improve your fitness performance. Our state-of-the-art core technology of bioimpedance analysis provides information about hydration levels and body composition changes.
We are currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager who will head management of the ecom. platform and marketplaces and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our Shopify store to maximize sales conversion, AOV and LTV.
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);
Driving the sales performance of the D2C (Shopify store) and marketplaces (Amazon, BestBuy, etc.) within the US and EU;
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
Find, develop and maintain various traffic acquisition channels;
Extensive work with internal team as well with the freelancers and agencies;
Managing and executing promotional campaigns with the Marketing team;
Overseeing inventory management, fulfillment, and customer service operations related to the D2C channel;
Working closely with manufacturing and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment;
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department;
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on managing D2C sales channel;
Work experience in the NA or/and EU regions;
Proficiency with Shopify e-commerce platform and related tools and apps;
Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns;
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making;
Experience in consumer electronics brands would be an advantage;
High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
