Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sales Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical roles, ensuring that we connect our clients with the best talent in the market. Your expertise in IT recruitment, coupled with your ability to manage complex hiring processes, will be crucial in meeting our clients' needs and contributing to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, providing expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to attract top Sales talent.
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing your expertise to enhance the overall performance of the recruitment team.

Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in Sales recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling sales roles.
Deep understanding of technical roles and the sales industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and CRM software.
Market Insight: Stay informed about the latest trends in the Sales industry and adapt recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.
