Project Manager: Crypto Hedge Fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation;
• Working with developers on UI/UX and smart contract development;
• Identify potential project risks and issues early on and develop effective solutions to mitigate them;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

• Requirements:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate a DeFi project development;
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DeFi and experience in project management in crypto companies and projects. Your role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives;
• In-depth knowledge of Decentralized Finance, including the underlying technologies and emerging trends;
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• Previous experience in UI/UX design is a significant plus, with a good eye for user-centric design principles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges;
