3+ years designing world-class complex commercial apps with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas
Experience with crypto currency, online trading and investing products
The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
Ability to analyze and interpret data from UX Research
Advanced communication skills
Excellent command of English and Russian language
