Senior Project Manager (Trading)

We are a global algo trading company fully dedicated to technology. Our brilliant team comprises 170+ individuals scattered across the globe. Seventy percent of our team members are technical specialists, encompassing development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, while the rest comprise business units, including operations, legal, finance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 3+ years as Project Manager
• Experience in trading, brokers, hedge funds, exchanges, or related areas
• English proficiency at level C1 or higher
• Technical education/background, including the overall understanding of hardware
• Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, and Confluence
• Proficiency in various ad-hoc research/analysis/discovery activities
• Expertise in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations
• Experience in Agile Development and Product Delivery

Nice to have:

• Relevant Experience as a Program Manager
• Experience in Middle Office, Risk Management, or Product Market Control
• Experience in Infrastructure Projects or Programs
• Practical experience with BI tools
