IT Director

What will be tasks and responsibilities?

Strategy:

• Development of an IT strategy for the global group of companies;

Management:

• Organization of work and management of the IT service for all company offices and clients
• Development and implementation of IT standards (policies, procedures, regulations) in the group of companies;
• Full responsibilities for budget (revenue and costs), planning, management, optimization;

• Active participation in associations, presenting company services, offer preparation and negotiations with potential clients.

Client-Facing Focus:

• Attraction of clients, defining prospective areas & widening portfolio of IT services & products with new & current clients, Managing projects for ERP integration at top level; dealing with clients, solving issues during projects realization, monitoring of projects portfolio

What kind of candidate we are looking for?

• Successful experience of managing internal people and Client relations - from 3 years
• Strong project management skills
• Higher education in IT or technical background would be an advantage
• Experience in developing IT architecture for a group of companies with territory distributed structure
• Experience in writing regulatory and technical documentation (standards, instructions, regulations, rules)
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of installing and configuring software, general principles of operation of hardware, software and software-hardware of the administered network;

• Knowledge of information security methods, network technologies and protocols;
• Good communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical specialists as well as develop prolific dialogue and relations at management level (Heads of departments, Partners, Countries Heads

• High level of personal responsibility;
• English at level B2 (confident spoken and written).
