Now we are looking for an implementation & Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Consulting: Conducting product demonstrations and working closely with clients to understand their challenges and propose solutions using the platform.
Implementation: Configuring the platform to meet client needs, which may involve light coding in a scripting language based on Twig.
Support: Providing comprehensive client support through chat and email, assisting with new process adoption, and ensuring successful integration of the platform with clients CRM systems.

Requirements:

A thoughtful and analytical mindset, ideally with experience in both technical roles and client-facing environments;
Experience in technical support/QA/ implementation engineering, or customer-facing roles;
Proficiency in English at a C1 level, with additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German being a significant advantage;
A technical background, preferably with a degree in a relevant field.
