YOUR ROLE

As a member of the Group Treasury Team, you will carry the responsibility to support the treasury-related activities as part of the JTB Corp EHQ Group Treasury Team, focusing on all business units, and HQ/corporate functions in Europe and Tokyo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day cash management (bank account reconciliation, dispute resolution, daily financing and investment decisions, and daily and month-end reporting)
Optimization of strategic cash management activities (e.g., cash pools, auto cash sweeps, Group-wide cash visibility, cash upstreaming and centralization, solutions to trapped cash and payment netting)
Automation and seamless functioning of the treasury IT landscape, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Administration of treasury systems and software and ensuring security
Group-wide short- and medium-term cash forecasting
Coordination of intercompany loans, parent guarantees, comfort letters and bank guarantees across the Group
Participation in FX risk management program (identification, measurement and hedging of balance sheet and off-balance sheet exposures, month-end mark-to-market reporting)
Ad-hoc treasury-related projects and analyses

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or related fields (post-graduate degree preferred)
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate treasury
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
High affinity for IT and process optimization/automation
Fluent in written and oral English
Excellent communication and organizational skills
