Head of SMM for Beauty & Fitness Studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Head of SMM to lead our social media efforts for two dynamic projects in the beauty and wellness industry: ITS BEAUTY in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and BODIFY, a women’s group fitness studio in Dubai.

This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to start by managing accounts and developing growth strategies, with a clear path to a management role as the team expands.

What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of social media accounts, initially managing day-to-day activities and developing a long-term strategy for growth.

• Create and implement social media strategies that are tailored to each project, focusing on brand positioning and community engagement.

• Develop high-quality, engaging content for social platforms (primarily Instagram) with a strong focus on beauty, wellness, and fitness.

• Plan and execute campaigns to drive audience engagement, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

• As the team grows, transition to a more managerial role, overseeing a social media team and setting KPIs to drive overall performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in social media management, with a preference for experience in the beauty or wellness industries.

• A strong eye for visual trends in beauty and the ability to create aesthetically appealing content.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and brand-aligned captions.

• Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.

• Strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations.
