Main responsibilities:
- Lead the product launch and train sales teams on key product features and benefits
- Develop marketing strategy for new product and brand plans that are aligned with overall company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all departments are working towards the same objectives
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns that help increase product awareness and knowledge among target customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and trends in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed
- Create and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Monitor competitive activity and gather intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and changes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Requirements to a candidate:
- Higher medical/pharmaceutical education.
- Successful experience in marketing at least 2 years (Product launch is an advantage, Oncology experience is a must)
- Fluent English – written and oral
- Ability to get respect and to succeed in work with Top Opinion Leaders
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, project management
- Ability to plan and set the priorities, strategic and tactic goals
- Personally: well-organized, structured, creative, proactive, productive, quick learner, team player
- Ability to travel
