Senior System Business Analyst - Card and Banking

We seek an experienced business analyst to join a financial technology company.

Company based in Panama is looking for a business analyst with experience in the banking and card payment industry to work on the design of financial applications.

Responsibilities:

- Document system requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Develop wireframe system design
- Work together with software architect and product owner to develop technical specifications
- Project feature design
- Identify system requirements and solution concepts
- Work with the technical team to assign development tasks

Requirements

- 3 years of proven experience as a business analyst
- Fluent English B2-C1-C2 is a must-have, confirmed by certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking team members
- Ability to document system requirements in English language
- Experience in the banking sector is preferred (card payments, card processing, core banking systems)

Work Conditions

- Full remote work from any location
- Work schedule is 5/2 Monday - Friday, Panama (GMT-6) timezone
- Professional service contract
- Payment to foreign banks using a global payroll company
