Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing entire recruitment function and ensuring that our staff feels valued and engaged. Overall headcount is 150 + employees and continue to grow!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback and development opportunities for all staff.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications:

Native Russian and Fluent English ( C1+) Languages are essential for this Role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the service industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices ( nice to have)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR Analytics and Reports / Statistics
