Обязанности:

Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Oversee and manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
Lead the development of new investment projects, from concept through execution.
Conduct in-depth financial and market analysis, perform thorough due diligence, and assess risks for both prospective and ongoing projects.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, including investors, owners, beneficiaries, and affiliated companies, to ensure timely adaptation of projects to evolving business priorities.
Lead negotiations, structure, and execute deals in collaboration with legal, financial, and other internal/external advisors.
Prepare detailed reports and analytical materials, including risk assessments, while maintaining accurate project records.
Conduct financial analysis to optimize expenses and enhance business processes.
Continuously monitor the performance of the investment portfolio, adjusting strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent.

Требования:

8+ years of experience in investment management, with a proven track record of leading successful deals and generating strong investment returns.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in investment companies, family offices, financial consulting, or credit institutions.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within investment management.
Strong leadership and team-building experience.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian and Greek is considered an advantage.
Experience in real estate investments is considered an advantage.
