Senior PHP Backend Developer (relocation to Cyprus is a must)

From us:

• Develop and support business tasks, working on infrastructure projects.
• Profile and optimize solutions for performance improvements.
• Write unit and API tests to ensure code quality.
• Implement scaling solutons and contribute to diverse tasks within a high-load product.
• Engage in exciting project evolution tasks, including:
  • Implementing Event Sourcing (Kafka).
  • Migrating applications to Kubernetes.
  • Universal implementation of ML/CV.

From you:

• At least 5 years of experience in PHP development (currently using PHP 8.2).
• Proficient in PHP and MySQL; experienced in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Understanding of unit and functional testing, with a desire to write effective tests.
• Practical experience in debugging, profiling, and optimizing PHP code.
• Familiarity with sharding and replication principles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and their application in solving specific tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
