Job description: As the Product Owner for our HRM (Human Resources Management) product, you will be pivotal in driving the development and evolution of our HR technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and a strategic vision for creating innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including HR professionals, development teams, and leadership, to ensure our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and client needs in HRM.
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough market research and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to inform product development.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Development Oversight: Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the sprint cycles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
- Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, including testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
Requirements: - Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a focus on HRM products or related software solutions.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Human Resources management processes, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and experience working closely with development teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and inspire collaboration towards achieving product goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMP) are a plus.
