1. Strategic Brand Management

  • Analyze and strengthen the brand's positioning in the market.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and create strategies to differentiate the brand.

2. Product Development and Portfolio Management

  • Manage Dalin’s product portfolio by analyzing market trends and consumer needs to guide new product development projects.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle (launch, growth, maturity, and decline stages).

3. Marketing and Communication

  • Design strategies and concepts for marketing campaigns (TV, digital, social media, outdoor, etc.).
  • Ensure the creation of advertising and communication materials that uphold Dalin’s brand identity.
  • Manage influencer and digital content strategies to increase the brand’s presence on social media.

4. Market Research and Data Analysis

  • Measure brand perception, satisfaction, and awareness through consumer research and surveys.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Continuously monitor competitors' pricing, promotion, and product strategies.

5. Sales and Distribution Support

  • Collaborate with retail and e-commerce channels to enhance the brand's visibility.
  • Support sales teams with promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Communicate with distributors and dealers to ensure adherence to brand standards.

6. Partnerships and Agency Management

  • Manage project processes with creative agencies, media buying agencies, and other external partners.
  • Ensure effective budget management to maximize project ROI (Return on Investment).

7. Reporting and Goal Tracking

  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance (sales, P&L, marketing KPIs).
  • Coordinate with teams to achieve annual and periodic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Expertise in budget management and analytical skills.
