Marketing Sales Manager

What tasks you will face

• Selling marketing services to leads and customers (B2B, B2C);

• Developing and implementation of new sales strategy;

• Generating and Maintaining a sustainable profit growth while aligning with the company's overall strategy and monitoring key performance indicators (margin, traffic, conversion, ATV, etc.);

• Making good relationships with partners;

• Set up KPI’s and keep them on track;

What we expect from you

• Experience in sales of PR and Marketing services (it's the key requirement);

• Willing to communicate with leads and customers directly and performing in terms of selling marketing services;

• Understanding social triggers to capture attention and motivate to buy;

• Hand-on experience with CRM systems;

• Deep knowledge of online and offline sales instruments and best practices;

• You speak English at least level C1;

• You have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and are a team player;

• Willingness to confirm the experience with cases, portfolio (metrics and numbers);

• Make your own decisions and take responsibility for it;

• You are proactive and able to plan your work, predict the result and set tasks for the team;

• Always ready to negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions;

• You are able to give and receive feedback.
