OK IT Labor Solutions is an international IT company that specialized in training programmers then providing them a carrier and job opportunities on different IT projects.

Обязанности:

The HR recruiter`s task will be to call potential workers, interview them, represent the company in a way that the candidate will join the company. Follow up with them if it`s needed. This is a remote job and you will be paid after the number of phone calls plus bonus after the candidate is hired. This can be done easily as a part time job, you can keep your full time job.

Требования:

- 5+ years of experience in recruiting

- Diploma in related field.

- " I do not give up" attitude

- Ability to understand company`s and candidate`s desire

- English minimum at level B2

- Must have reliable internet connection and computer

Remote work

Payment is 500₽ after picked up calls, 10.000₽ after each hire.
