Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT-Oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals ($150,000+) in the SaaS or consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT solutions, a passion for driving revenue growth, and exceptional skills in identifying and engaging with key decision-makers. Please note: this is a full time role under EST time zone!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on projects valued at $150,000 or more.
- Client Identification: Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICP) across various industries to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Elevator Pitch Development: Craft compelling value propositions and elevator pitches tailored to client pain points and goals.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop impactful marketing materials and outreach strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective use of CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution for clients.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven Success in High-Value Sales: Demonstrated experience in closing 5+ contracts valued at $150,000+ in SaaS or IT consulting services.
- SaaS/IT Consulting Expertise: Deep understanding of IT-oriented solutions, including their application in solving business challenges.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex IT solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
