• Oversee the editorial process, including delegation of tasks, proofreading, and content planning.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in content strategy across the platform.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google algorithms to ensure content is optimized for maximum visibility and performance.

• Utilize tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, SemRush, and other industry-standard tools for SEO analysis and optimization.

• Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of its trends, terminology, and audience.

• Proven experience in writing SEO-friendly content and optimizing for search engines.

• Expertise in using SEO tools such as SurferSEO, Ahrefs, SemRush, Google Analytics, etc.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize and manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results.

• Excellent command of the English language (near-native level) and exceptional writing and editing skills.

• In-depth understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and Google algorithms.
