Key Responsibilities

• Data Exploration & Analysis:
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • Use SQL to explore and validate datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
• Reporting Support:
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify reporting needs and provide clear requirements to developers for report creation.
  • Use BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to review and interpret data presented in dashboards and reports.
• Data Warehouse Maintenance Support:
  • Work with the technical team to understand and validate data within the warehouse, ensuring consistent and accurate integration of data from multiple systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data consistency and processes, ensuring high-quality data is always available.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver insights that address those needs effectively.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL for data exploration and validation.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced features (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate data-driven insights effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing data from ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, though technical development will be handled by developers.
• Exposure to data integration tools or cloud-based data platforms is a bonus.
