Senior Sales Manager (USA market)

A creator joins our platform, secures funding, invests in content, team, or hiring, and starts scaling. Dozens of new creators join us every month, we've raised $30m+ to help creators growing faster by getting access to the capital, and we are growing at a rate of 100% per month.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing Incoming Leads:

  • Responding to inquiries from creators following automated cold outreach

  • Identifying creators' needs and understanding their business goals

• Client Communication:

  • Scheduling calls with potential clients - YouTube creators

  • Conducting negotiations and delivering presentations

• Preparing Tailored Offers:

  • Creating personalized proposals based on the creator’s needs and growth potential

  • Closing deals and signing contracts

• Financing and Analytics:

  • Evaluating the growth potential of YouTube channels

  • Offering additional services such as analytics and content improvement

• Sales Funnel Development:

  • Analyzing, optimizing, and automating client interaction processes

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.

• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients is mandatory.

• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or creator services is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with the creator economy and their business models is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of sales funnel development.

• Ability to identify client needs and craft customized solutions.

• Proactive and results-driven.

• Strong negotiation skills with business owners or senior managers.

• Willingness to work in the New York time zone.
