Now we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and self motivated Sales Manager who will join our Sales team for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

What you will do:

engage with CEOs of leading fintech startups worldwide through messaging platforms
experiment with innovative sales strategies
collaborate with Tier-1 exchanges, VC firms, and family funds to onboard them as partners
gather market insights and recommend new product features to drive growth
continuously expand your expertise in finance, trading, and IT.

To join us you need to:

up to 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
fluent in both Russian and English, as 90% of our clients are English-speaking
proven experience in cold sales and readiness to actively engage in cold outreach
highly self-disciplined and capable of working independently without micromanagement
strong understanding of basic sales mechanics, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills
ambitious and motivated to achieve earnings of $10,000+ per month
basic knowledge of fintech, blockchain, and trading is a plus.
