About Us: We are a dynamic software development company from Dubai specializing in custom development of mobile applications. Our team delivers high-quality solutions to clients worldwide, with a focus on innovation and technical excellence.

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive sales manager to join our team and drive our custom software development services' growth through Upwork and other channels. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a solid understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to relevant opportunities on Upwork and other platforms

  • Create compelling proposals and conduct initial client communications

  • Maintain active engagement with potential clients throughout the sales cycle

  • Provide regular feedback on market trends and suggest improvements to our sales processes

  • Identify and develop new client acquisition channels

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate project scoping

  • Track and report on sales metrics and conversion rates

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales in IT sector

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and mobile app development processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2)

  • Experience with Upwork or similar platforms would be a plus

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business terms

  • Strong analytical skills for preliminary project assessment

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
