SMM specialist (Europe)

We are a digital agency that helps startups and businesses with brand identity, UX/UI design, social media design (posts, reels, stories), no-code website and landing page development, as well as SEO optimization.

Currently, we are launching new marketing directions, including marketing strategy and brand positioning, SMM, targeting, and contextual advertising. That’s why we are looking for an SMM marketing specialist (or SMM Lead if you already have advanced experience) — someone who will help us build this direction from scratch and develop it together with us!

Projects you will work on:

1. Digital agency — starting from scratch for an English-speaking audience.
2. Architectural and interior visualization — launching from scratch for an English-speaking audience.
3. Real estate sales by developers using a virtual video avatar — targeting audiences in Germany, Spain, and the UAE: managing publications and participating in creative generation.
4. Sexology — based on content for the German audience, creating content for the English-speaking audience., managing publications, and participating in creative generation.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Create content (reels, posts) independently or set tasks for designers, video editors, and operators.
2. Manage publications.
3. Drive organic traffic and achieve targeted actions.
4. Organize paid traffic (targeting/advertising) and achieve targeted actions as well.
5. Influence key metrics such as ER, CTR, CR, ROI, CPL, CPA, and LTV.
6. Combat fraud and spam, e.g., mass following, fake followers/comments, and fraudulent leads.
7. Conduct competitor analysis.
8. Find a solvent target audience.
9. Participate in the creation and implementation of the SMM strategy.
10. Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions.

If you’re at the SMM Lead level:

• Take part in business planning.
• Create budgets and key business metrics for the SMM direction (Revenue, Gross Margin, Profit).
• Build the SMM direction in the studio from scratch.
• Be ready to handle tasks independently at the start.
• Eventually, assemble and manage your own team.

Your experience and skills:

• Proficient in working with Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook (portfolio or case studies are a must)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) is optional but a significant advantage
• Certificates in Meta products or the SMM field are a plus
• Fluent English for working with an English-speaking audience (advanced English is a major advantage)
• German language skills are optional but also a plus
• Proven success cases in the EU, UAE, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand with measurable business results

For SMM Lead additionally:

• Team management experience
• Experience building a department from scratch
• Strong network in the SMM and digital marketing field
