Обязанности: Implement Market Activation Plans for the End Use Market (EUM) by:
- Development and extension of product portfolio for EUM according of market needs
- Execution, of marketing campaigns based on understanding of the market needs
- Support local commercial team with trade-marketing activities including different POS materials creation
- Support Market Activation plan execution via supporting customer meetings, building market analytic data, industry events etc.
- Support internal stakeholders with the analysis of End-Use market trends, sizes, customers, competitors and ingredient technologies, communicating both ways: from local to global and from global to local level
- Building customer loyalty via appealing collaterals and customer handouts
- Develop and support Social Media, Web-site with the relevant contend by EUM area of responsibility
- Support business planning process
The jobholder will be required to maintain:
- Contact with professional media, event organizers, relevant agencies, and customers on Marketing Activation Plan and related matters
- Close liaison with ALLWIN divisional staff having functional responsibility for Marketing, Product Development and Commercial activities
Требования:
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years previous experience gained in a Marketing or similar field within a FMCG, Food Service or B2B business environment
- Graduate or equivalent level in Marketing is preferred
- Graphic Design basic knowledge
- Fluency in English and Russian languages
- Computer literate, mainly: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
