Recruiter / HR Operations Manager — Family Office
Description
We are seeking a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from attracting top talent to interviewing and hiring exceptional employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, including experience in fast-paced recruitment environments, particularly within startups and agile settings. Experience hiring for Family offices or Household personnel is a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible not only for recruitment but also for overseeing key HR processes. This includes managing everything from onboarding to offboarding, setting up teams in remote locations, and handling daily team queries.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs, actively sourcing candidates both online and offline, designing effective recruitment funnels, and conducting thorough application screenings.
The successful candidate should be a strong general problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of evaluating candidates across various fields and seniority levels. If you have this experience, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified individuals while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
— Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
— Design new recruiting procedures, define hiring processes and evaluation scorecards
— Create and publish job ads
— Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
— Screen resumes and job applications
— Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
— Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
— Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
— Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Requirements
— Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment
— HR experience
— Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
— Familiarity with ATS
— Strong interpersonal skills
— Good written and verbal communications skills
— Fluent or Native Russian & English
— Experience in private household staff, hospitality, construction and interior design hiring would be an advantage
Remote - Full-time - UK working hours
