About the Role

We are looking for a visionary, results-driven Global Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy, market expansion, and digital presence across three core verticals:

-The Sun Secret Collection – Luxury travel & concierge services
-The Sun Secret Private – Exclusive portfolio of ultra-luxury rental properties
-The Sun Secret Realty – Our latest venture in luxury real estate investments

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work directly with the CEO/Founder to develop and execute a world-class marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning, enhances customer engagement, and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for luxury travel, property management, and real estate investment projects.
Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, to maximize engagement and conversions.
Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Partner with Sales to create impactful promotional materials and drive business growth.
Build strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance visibility and secure strategic collaborations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize efforts and maximize ROI.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information and visual assets across all channels, including websites, social media, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing leadership roles in luxury travel, real estate, or related industries.
Expertise in digital marketing, team management, and budget oversight.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in real estate marketing and project launches is highly preferred.
Fluency in English is required; Russian proficiency is highly desirable
