Responsibilities:

-Maintenance of servers with MS Windows Server 2019/2021/2025;

-Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software;

-Antivirus protection and network security;

-Maintenance and Programming Alcatel PBX;

-Updating and troubleshooting of 1C applications;

-Maintenance and support of VM (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi);

-Planning and carrying out works to expand LAN infrastructures;

-Maintenance of Backup systems;

-Maintenance of Cisco equipment (Switch, WLC, AP);

-Maintenance of VC and PDKS systems;

-Documentation on IT systems;

-Work on ITSM portal as IT Level 2;

-Corporate web site support;

-Consultation for company's users and partners.

Requirements:

-Higher education;

-Fluency in English (intermediate or preferably upper-intermediate);

-Good practical skills and theoretical knowledge for setting up and maintenance of hardware and software;

-Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);

-Knowledge of SQL, AD, DNS as system administrator level;

-Knowledge of ITIL principles (optional);

-Practical skills to ITSM portal;

-Knowledge of virtualization technology;

-Ability to work in a team;

-Knowledge of programming 1C;

-Sociability, hard work, responsibility, perseverance, attentiveness;

-The desire to understand new software and hardware systems.
