Обязанности:

management of sunflower and sorghum seed production activities initially, and later the organizational development of corn (or other crops) by managing the production centers of the company directly or the production centers managed by the partners of the company;
responsible for the selection of production areas according to the suitability of the crop/variety character, based on the guidance of the Reporting Manager, in agreement with the production partners,
responsible for the company objectives, planning
responsible for the selection of contractors, growers (seed producers), for the distribution of the seed, for the monitoring, mapping and evaluation of the parcels, then receiving the crop, ensuring that certification is done according to the company's quality standards, then cleaning, processing, handling and bagging;
training and technical guidance for farmers production partners;
ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials, paper bags and other related materials required for domestic and export activity;
ensuring production target is fully met in terms of quality, quantity, timeliness and buyback at a competitive price,
responsible for the crop monitoring, the forecasting of the production based on the actual field condition or any other factors being responsible for yield loss and weather-based advice from time to time to seed producers/field workers on the corrective measures to be done;
participates in multi-site seed cultivation experiments, demonstrations, inspections and evaluations;
participates in business planning, development and market survey according to feasibility of new variety and preparation of SOP for each product/variety;
responsible to manage Hybrid seed production within specified COGS;
responsible for coordinating with other functions like quality, operations and SPR to get the things done in right way;
responsible in collecting the data at given timelines and maintaining the records as per requirements.

Preferred education in Agriculture domain related to Agribusiness
Additional qualification in Management is a plus
5-10 years of experience in Sunflower Production
Proven experience in Production, Planning & Development
Good English command is a must
