Currently, we are looking for a HR manager who can help us meet our hiring goals and foster positive working environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires;
• Organize service executors’ engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Address service executors concerns and mediate workplace disputes;
• Provide testing, coaching and training for managers on service executor performance strategies;
• Draft regulations and instructions for internal of the Company together with the Heads of other departments in English;
• Administer employee benefits and payroll processing in collaboration with finance. Research market trends to recommend competitive compensation strategies.
