Marketing Manager / Head Of Marketing (Crypto, DeFi, TON)

Looking for a marketing manager with a CMO perspective.
Hey! We are a startup, DeFi project on TON blockchain - DEX with concentrated liquidity (CLMM). We started 8 months ago with a pre-seed round, and have now raised a new round with one of the biggest players on TON, so it's time to expand!

We are looking for a hard-working and experienced (however, experience in crypto is optional) specialist who will lay the marketing foundation and build the processes of our project. So be it, token option is on us (jic mean vesting).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project marketing strategy.
• Manage marketing operations.
• Building and optimizing marketing processes.
• Interaction with marketing agencies and partners.
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Creating and managing content for various platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing from 3 to 6 years.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Experience working with agencies and partners.
• Analytical skills and quantitative approach to work.
• Experience in the crypto industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
