Backend-engineer / Team Lead (Web3, DeFi, TON, indexing)

Looking for a backend team lead with blockchain indexing expertise.
Hey! We are a startup, DeFi project on TON blockchain - DEX with concentrated liquidity (CLMM). We started 8 months ago with a pre-seed round, and have now raised a new round with one of the biggest players on TON, so it's time to expand!

We are looking for a talented engineer who can learn new technologies quickly and is not afraid of an unfamiliar technology stack. You need to understand how blockchain works, how DeFi projects operate and how data processing is organized in such projects.

Responsibilities:

• Backend development and support for DEX on the TON blockchain.
• Development of a scalable blockchain data indexing engine
• Quickly learning new technologies (will need to get into the nuances of TVM).
• Leading a small team of developers.
• Communication with other teams
• Python (asyncio, celery, FastAPI) / PostgreSQL / Rust

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing indexing engines (on any blockchain).
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and tools.
• Experience leading a team and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the TON blockchain will be an advantage.
