KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Enablement & Training:

Educate and train destination teams and sales teams on using Copilot effectively for their specific needs.
Develop best practices, guides, and training materials to help teams leverage AI for tasks such as proposal creation, customer communication, and data analysis.
Conduct live workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure smooth AI adoption across departments.

Marketing & Sales Support

Assist in creating AI-enhanced marketing materials, including personalized sales pitches, automated email campaigns, and social media content.
Use AI-driven insights to help sales teams tailor proposals and improve client engagement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize AI-generated content for different audience segments.
Identify efficiency gaps in marketing and sales processes and implement AI-powered solutions.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization

Analyze AI-generated content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support sales teams in using AI-powered analytics to identify customer trends and opportunities.
Work closely with IT and digital teams to optimize AI tools for seamless integration into daily workflows.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Proven experience in AI-powered marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-driven tools.
Experience in training teams or conducting workshops on new technologies.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and sales optimization.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
