Cloudstride is a Value-Added Reseller and Solutions Partner for leading cloud platforms like Miro, Wati, SurveySparrow, and Document360. We help businesses in the Nordics, UK, Balkans, and other regions find their stride in customer experience, customer communication, and collaboration by implementing, adopting, and amplifying the impact of the B2B solutions we sell.
We are expanding and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in driving our expansion. If you're passionate about sales, technology, and building customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As an SDR at Cloudstride, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, outreach and prospecting, and building a strong sales pipeline for our solutions. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with businesses that can benefit from our offerings.
What You'll Do:
✔ Identify and research potential customers and decision-makers
✔ Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
✔ Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
✔ Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach strategies
✔ Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM
✔ Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS/B2B experience is a plus)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to craft compelling outreach messages
✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
✅ Prior experience in cloud software or tech sales is a bonus
✅ Fluent English is a must
✅ One of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is a big plus
