Context

At Insight Estate our dream is to build a unicorn company. Right now we are building a b2b digital platform which connects agents and developers across the globe to help them sell more. As part of this larger project we launched a digital real estate agency. Agency is not only a standalone business generating cash, but also serves as a testing ground for our ideas, hypotheses and digital products.

We are looking for a Head of Content who can wear many hats and take ownership of all our content-driven initiatives. We are looking for a talented individual who can assess the big picture, put strategy together, start executing it and also recruit and develop a content team going forward. However, initially, this role is hands-on but we are ready to scale fast when fundamentals are in place.

What you’ll Do:

• Work directly with founder(s)

• Assess the market, develop and implement a content strategy for the website, social media, partnership channel etc. with the goal of generating partner and customer leads

• Build a system which will create and execute content on a regular basis and ideally in a partly automated way

• Create expert content: articles, posts, landing pages, email campaigns, video and podcast scripts.

• Analyze content performance, trends and improve all our mediums on the go, one step at a time

• Work with freelancers: Optimize content for SEO and leverage web analytics to enhance performance.

• Manage social media publications (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram) and engage the audience.

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience in content marketing (preferably in real estate, finance or investments).

• Hands on experience with YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn

• Understanding of both B2B and B2C content marketing

• Excellent writing skills in both English and Russian.

• Creativity and a structured approach to content creation.

• Experience with AI tools, ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Trello is a plus.
