Responsibilities:

• Campaign Launch Management: Ensure all marketing campaigns are launched on time, coordinating team actions and meeting deadlines;
• Strategy Quality Control: Monitor and analyze marketing strategies' effectiveness for clients, ensuring they align with established goals and expectations;
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other specialists to maintain coherence and consistency in work, including selecting influencers and content strategies;
• Commercial Proposal Preparation: Develop and format commercial proposals for clients, including analyzing customer needs and adapting offers accordingly;
• Operational Process Management: Optimize and oversee internal team processes, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and results analysis;
• Marketing Strategy Development: Participate in developing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, including market research, competitor analysis, and target audience identification;
• Campaign Results Analysis: Gather and analyze data on campaign outcomes, preparing reports for clients and the internal team with improvement recommendations;
• Client Communication Management: Maintain contact with clients to discuss ongoing projects, obtain feedback, and identify new needs;
• Innovation and Improvement: Seek new tools and approaches in marketing, implementing best practices to enhance the agency's market competitiveness.
