We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for an HR Manager to join the cross-functional team and implement the People function. We’re looking for our first HR/People Lead to work directly with our Managing Partner to implement the People function. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-driven professional to join a fast-growing startup.
In this role, you will be accountable for the development, achievement, and evaluation (data-driven) of People Strategy. This will include the development of appropriate success measures, where not already in place.

Responsibilities:

Recruit new team members: IT recruiters and sourcers
Create a recruitment plan to select, attract and retain the best profiles to support our growth
Identify, develop, and implement innovative HR projects to drive up staff engagement, wellbeing, and organizational performance
Help ensure a positive onboarding experience for our new employees
Support the recruitment function by doing a performance review
Identify learning needs and create innovative learning solutions
Design learning content

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

Experience from a similar stand-alone HR position
Experience in building effective working relationships in remote teams
Experience recruiting for recruitment roles at various levels
Strong communication and presentation skills in English both verbal and written (C1)
Confident, self-motivated, and self-starting personality, with a desire to learn and look beyond the boundaries
A passion for problem-solving
