We seek a skilled IT Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and compliance. This hands-on role focuses on managing systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day-to-day IT needs across international offices. You will collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and safeguard data while working closely with the IT Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

Maintain and monitor on-premises/data center infrastructure (Active Directory, Proxmox, Mikrotik routers)
Administer Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams) and MDM systems
Perform regular backups, updates, and disaster recovery testing
Security & Compliance
Implement and manage IT security protocols (firewalls, access controls)

Support & Collaboration:

Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware/software issues
Manage IT equipment inventory (laptops, servers, networking devices)
Collaborate with departments to assess IT needs and recommend solutions

Vendor & Project Coordination:

Liaise with external vendors for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
Assist in IT projects (e.g., migrations, automation initiatives)

Requirements:

3+ years as an IT Systems Administrator/Engineer, preferably in international environments.
Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack. Linux is a plus
Scripting is a plus
Networking: Firewall/Router administration (Mikrotik); VPN configuration (IPsec, OpenVPN); VLANs, and subnetting.
SIP/VoIP-telephony
Hardware MDM Management
Monitoring
SSL/TLS/hosting management
Strong troubleshooting skills for networks, servers, and endpoints.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
English B2-level (written/spoken)
