• Unique opportunity to join as one of the first engineers in a high potential startup led by an experienced founding team (4 serial entrepreneurs, 2x exits, 2x fundraised);

• Build from scratch with a team that values building software the right way;

• Tackle complex engineering challenges such as scaling concurrency & build the first

  wave of (useful) AI agents.

This is an in-office position in Dublin, Ireland. We are open to start on a contract basis during the onboarding and relocation process. We can support with visa sponsorship.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll dive into front-end and back-end development, working closely with our product & design team to build user-focused applications. While we value relevant degrees, what we really care about is your coding skills, your passion for technology, and your ability to problem-solve.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end applications using Generative AI in a concurrent environment;

• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that are visually polished, function seamlessly and surpass user expectations;

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to transform project ideas into high-quality, groundbreaking features.

• Keep up with and integrate the latest AI advancements to boost our products and services;

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing, deployment, and high quality documentation;

• Troubleshoot and optimize to ensure applications are efficient, scalable, and reliable;

• Guide team members by providing reviews, feedback, and support.

• A minimum of 3 years in software development, including experience with JavaScript in front-end and server-side development.

• A proven history of engaging with or developing Generative AI technologies.

• Familiarity with SQL databases. NoSQL experience is a bonus;

• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills;

• Problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to learn and improve;

• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing quality code;

• Independence and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Curiosity about coding — self-taught coding projects, personal experiments, or side hustles all count as valuable experience;

• Experience in React, React Native and/or Elixir;

• A basic sense of UI/UX design with a keen eye for details and usability.
