Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated last-year student or recent graduate to join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in the IT industry, specifically in data analysis.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with real estate listings data, ensuring that the information is of the highest quality and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires proficiency in both English and Russian and the ability to handle large datasets related to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data related to real estate listings in the US.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business trends and opportunities.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of datasets.
Communicate data insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams.
Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Support the development and improvement of data processes.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Russian and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience with real estate data or data analysis is a plus but not required.
