Cisco Telephony Setup Specialist (Part Time) or DevOps Engineer with these skills (Full Time)

We are looking for a part-time Cisco Telephony Setup Specialist to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco phone systems. This is a flexible role with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Cisco telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve telephony issues.
• Provide ongoing system support.
• Document configurations and updates.

Requirements:

• Experience with Cisco telephony systems (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability for part-time work with flexible hours.

Preferred:

• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA Collaboration).

Or you can join our Team as an experienced DevOps Engineer. In addition to the requirements described above

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless development.
• Monitor and log performance of all microservices.
• Optimize performance and ensure system stability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Experience with high-load systems.
